Due to incoming weather the Wales group have been placed on standby by Powys EPO.

We have received a request this evening from the Roads Policing Unit at DPP to possibly provide support if the weather worsens as they have only 4 4x4 vehicles to cover Powys. Tasking is likely to be to transport one or two PCs to incidents as required and initial requirement may be in the Ystradgynlais area. It may be that volunteers are requested to base themselves at police stations during the worst of the weather

We had about 2mm but it had gone by this morning to be replaced by puddles! Does that mean it's flood season now? :D
