I have posted this is the regional section for attn of Simon, As a member of the Shropshire off road club this email was copied to me.
I have posted it here as well as I am not sure how well and ready to help out with something like this the West Mids Section is. I hope more established members would possible be able to offer up any advice for whoever chases this up.

Hi,
My name's Pete Crewe and I'm the Operatioal Support Manager for Shropdoc (Shropshire Doctors Co-operative Ltd), the out of hours provider for primary care medical assistance to patients in the Shropshire, Powys and Telford & Wrekin areas.
We'd like to request your assistance if at all possible in the current weather conditions. If any of your members are willing to participate in providing backup to our service, i.e. transporting staff doctors etc we'd be most grateful if you would contact us.
We appreciate your members may already be heavily involved in assisting the local communities but any help you could offer would be most appreciated.
