Went out yesterday for a third day with the district nurses, (we've been covering for 11 days). They had been asked to take photos to show that there was still need for us to take them to the remote patients, some of which live half a mile down farm tracks, and one across three fields in the middle of nothing! Yesterday was probably the trickiest driving as the snow was melting but still very rutty, icy and really slippery - foggy as well. So it was nice to receive this ...

Here are the photos from today. Thank you, and all your team so much for all your help over the last 10 days. Without your help so many patients would have missed out on their treatment and their care delivery would have been compromised. it would have been impossible for us to get around safely driving down the lanes and roads (in our little cars) which you all have made light work of. If the world had more people like you all it would be a much sweeter place.
With many thanks again and kind regards

Always nice to get an email confirming that people are satisfied with ones efforts....
A consistant question from members at each meeting after a call.... Were they happy with our services, have you heard anything yet? (obviously I've translated thet from the native geordie)
Nigel.

It's an age thing Steve. Enjoy the peace while I'm working out what all the new clicky things do. The most important one for me is "Preview Post" so I can change my mind before I post it. I haven't found the "Delete post which you made while half asleep" button yet. http://www.4x4response.info/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif

It's probably an age thing with me. I'm an IT Consultant/Project Manager but I can't figure out how to do the multi quote thing... http://www.4x4response.info/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_redface.gif

Very clever. Does that mean we can argue with more than one person at once?! http://www.4x4response.info/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_twisted.gif
