Had an urgent call this morning from the Air Ambulance, they'd attended a major incident last night which required the assitance of the Coastguard and their "big" helicopter. This resulted in a small package of drugs inadvertentently being at Portland on the south coast instead of Bristol in the north of our patch about 100 miles apart.
So one quick 'pony express' job and just over 2 hours later your's truly was being given coffee and biscuits in the Air ambulance crew room at Filton airfield, AND offered coffee by the firecrew who let me on to the air field.
