Well they do invite others down to enjoy the event but yes, its LR only parade. However you are welcome to sit in any spare seats of those taking part ;)

Where does this say it's LR only?
The regs say;
4: Eligible Vehicles and Crew
This event is open to all road-legal cars of a 4 wheel-drive nature. No trailers permitted.

Check out the gallery on the website, I can see a HiLux Surf, a Shogun/Pajero, a G Wagen, A Cherokee and I know Nick Burt from North West 4x4 Response did the rally last year in his Mitsi L200 so not a Land Rover event.
However just like 4x4 Response it's seems that 80% to 90% of those involved seem to have Land Rovers.

I read the thread the same way, I think the LR only reference is to Gaydon and the LR parade rather than the h4hrally.

Reading it again, I think I might agree.
Which would make this one of the quickest thread hijacks in history - off topic by post 3.

well worth doing,
i took part in the 2010 rally (car 07), had lots of fun and the history recap was breath taking.
im looking into 2012 as raising over 20k last year wiped me out, it was a lot of hard work. but worth it!

I can thoroughly recommend it. I was driver for Car 30 last year and am back on the rally this year as one of the marshalls. (Poacher turned Gamekeeper).
There may be a couple of last minute spaces coming up, so if anyone wants to do it now would be a great time to drop Tim and Keith a line. Simon (above), Nick Burt or I would be more than happy to give anyone who wants it a quick run down on what a great time we all had.

You can remember? I thought the waterboarding we gave you on the last night would have sorted that.
