2011 National AGM????

I know the Trustees have been discussing possiblities and options for this years AGM, Anual Welly tossing and Can Crushing World Championships.

So as the show season begins and people begin booking up for events.....do we have, or will we soon have a definative date and venue?

The sooner it's fixed the less chance of double bookings and the higher the incidence of attendance....:D

We have a trustee's meeting on Monday (tomorrow) when it will be discussed. Unless anything changes dates & venue are

What's the status of the National Weekend in Sept?

Abingdon 4x4 Festival was cancelled, it's now back on.
Will the national meeting / AGM be there or was it re-organised to be elsewhere ?
I thought I saw a post to that effect but can't find it.

We can confirm that the AGM was moved to the Motor Heritage Museum at Gaydon Warwickshire for Saturday 24th September.

Although we are aware of the Abingdon show being back on, it has been decided to keep the AGM at Gaydon to prevent confusion.
