eat? sleep? !!! I had it sussed, took plenty of food with me inc 24hr rat pack for emergency use and a sleeping bag, salisbury ambulance stn have a training room with a few stretcher beds, so that was the sleep taken care of too :D :D :D

Oh and a plentifull supply of tea ;)
