Hi Guys n Gals - does the shelter belong to the group then or one of your users?

Hi Dave

it belongs to one of our members companies who specialise in emergencies and rescues , he kindly let us use it for the event. They have several and I beleive that the arena one was the smallest - the one on our static display was the medium sized one.

Can get you the details if you need them.

thats a lovely vehicle. A guy near us used to have a series fire appliance - I think it had GEC written on the site.

An admin might want to move this to a new thread :-)

Mine is ex Singer Sewing machines from Glasgow. - then owned by Glaxo Welcome (logo still on the door as paint removed when sticker removed).

Yeah there is a bit of work ...

roughly - about 5% of the welding is left n then the chassis needs a few coats of paint...

Brakes need rebuilding - they are already stripped.

Clutch is seized

Exhaust to fit.

Then tune it up a bit (carb has had a recon) and refit the doors and wings and it is ready for an mot...

bit of work on the pump and then some cosmetic stuff...

Trouble is I ain't touched it for over 6 months...
