Hi all.
Name's Kieren, not long moved back to the UK after 10 years in Western Australia....I know, don't ask!
I met some of the guys at Peterborough the other month, but only just really got round to saying hello here. VERY keen to join this group as an active member as I think it's a fantastic service you guys provide.

Presently driving the missus 51 plate 5 door Land Rover Freelander 1, Td4 auto (unmodified).
I'm a MASSIVE Land Rover fan, having had a 300Tdi Disco back in 1999, then in Australia had a reasonably modded 4.0ltr V8 Disco 2 auto for a good number of years, and recently sold my 2014 Defender 110 Puma before returning to UK.

I was a "founding instigator" of a new Land Rover club in Western Australia, TeamW4 (http://www.teamw4.com), and served as Chairman for my last 2 years in Oz. Still involved with the club producing their magazine and running the website and all membership applications.
Driving experience ranges from dirt tracks, snow (had a trip to Queensland and New Zealand), heavy mud, rocks and rock crawling, hard & soft beach sand including dune driving, water crossings, competitive driving, and everything in between! There's a good range of terrain in Western Australia!! And I also did the training (to test standard, but never took the tests) for the IAM in car and on motorbike.

I'll be using the Freelander for a little while, til we get ourselves a little more settled (only been back about 9 weeks), then plan to get another Defender or Disco middle of next year - or before if "the boss" lets me - in readiness to join you guys.

Have put my membership form in to the West Mids group, and meeting up with them at their next get-together later this month.

Cheers all, hope to meet a lot of you soon.
