This weekend Rover Rescue will be supplying 6 vehicles in support of St Johns Ambulance at the 10k Run for Cancer Research at Sandringham on Saturday and Sunday 26th/27th September. They will be providing transport and communications.
This is the 4th year they have supported the Run as well as supporting the 5k Run at Houghton Hall in July.
Wessex 4x4 Response has provided eight members between lunchtime on 25/09/09 and lunchtime on 26/09/09 and their Incident Support Unit to support employees of Screwfix walking 30 miles for the Everymman Cancer Appeal.
Monday 21st Sept saw members of Hampshire & Berkshire 4x4 Response assist their colleagues from Wessex 4x4 Response in a demonstration of cross-border mutual aid when Emergency Services in Dorset held a test of their resources in Exercise Sea Dart.
