Thanks for the warm welcome everyone,
the choice of name is causing some interest/problems so it looks like we may change it to response to fall in line with everyone else. we chose support because response has a feel of doing things very quick and as we are all at work we can't just 'drop things and run', also we intend to offer event back up so support sort of fitted. but as i say we'll more than likely change it don't want to start off on the wrong foot....
