Hi Nick, welcome on board. Not quite in your part of the country normally. However, am currently two miles from Lowestoft visiting relatives. Well, two miles as the Duck flies but a fourteen mile drive to get round the river. Also suffering the restriction of 2x4 as well. Still, no problems at the moment, apart from heavy rain and a thunder storm every night so far...
