Hi Kev, Welcome to the forum.
You'll find plenty of advice and help in the relevent "responders" sections, which you'll not be able to access untill you have your status increased from "forum user" to Responder or if appropriate "management". You Group Rep is able to do this for you or they can request that a Trustee makes the changes. Hope that helps Kev.
