Only problem I can see with a Quad is how to you attach an amber beacon to the top of your head

Mind you I am shortly talking to our local group of SERV (Service by Emergency Rider Volunteers) who carry transfusion blood and sometimes transplant organs on behalf of the NHS on motorbikes.

Obviously 4x4 Response can assist them when it is too dangerous to get out on two wheels but they also want to explore how their service can be expanded into Emergency Response generally.

Of course I do have my own 2x1 Response capability....

LED's are ok, but if your gonna have 'ambers' then legally you need 360 degrees coverage, which LED's cannot do unless you spend a small (or not so small) fortune on an LED lightbar.

A motorcycle beacon would work OK on a quad and satisfy the legal requirement:

I've seen a, presumably, doctor riding a moped with a green beacon mounted on his helmet. It was along time ago and I was definitely sober
