Might be worth talking to Peter Burns, I believe he is still on the Island and a member of North West 4x4 Response, although moving back to the mainland at some point soon.



It will be interesting to see how 4x4 Response fits in on the Isle of Man, given that it is the only part of the British Isles that still has Civil Defence Volunteers?
